We want all our members to have it all under one roof, and so introducing instructor led classes at various times of the day to help you balance the work and life.

Hard day in the office? Punch away the stresses with our 'Boxercise' class, led my Chris Westwood.

Our Boxercise class is a high-energy workout that combines traditional boxing techniques with cardio and strength training exercises. You'll work up a sweat while punching, kicking, and blocking your way to a fitter, healthier you.
