It has been a few weeks now since introducing our first class and its going great!

We have a few regulars now that join us on our ever growing Boxercise class with Instructor Chris Westwood and so we thought its fine time to add a few more.

Ultimately, we want to create an easy way for all of our lovely members at The Quadrant to work out, before, during or after a long old day at work.

Cutting out any logistical nightmares, instead of sitting in traffic after work, do a class and then fly home, missing all the grumpy commuters, or squeeze a quick HITT session in on your lunch break with a collogue, or for those early birds, we have some early classes scheduled for a pre work work out.

Our sessions a friendly, fun and open to all abilities. Chris will make you feel at ease and whilst working you hard.

Here we are on the first ever class, we worked out so hard the mirrors all steamed up!

Our timetable is flexible and we want to listen to the members to understand what they want, what times will work etc. so get in touch if there is a class you would like adding and any feedback on the timings is greatly appreciated!

Friday 16:00pm - 17:00pm Boxercise

All Studio Classes are £5 each, but as a Quad Hub Member we offer the Gym & Studio classes as a perk, so you get a number of these for free along with lots more additional benefits.
